1. Cancellation by Client
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Note: Refunds exclude any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., hotel bookings, park fees, airline tickets).
2. Cancellation by Latirigi Tours
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, safety risks, or travel restrictions), you will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to reschedule or apply the amount to a future trip
3. No-Shows and Early Departures
No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows on the day of departure
- Early departure or unused portions of a tour
