2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds will be processed based on the Refund Policy listed separately.
- Latirigi Tours reserves the right to deduct unrecoverable costs (such as hotel deposits or park fees) from the refunded amount.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, park closures, political events).
- We will always offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value when changes are made.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
- Latirigi Tours is not liable for any costs incurred due to denied entry or lack of proper documentation.
5. Liability
- While we take every precaution, Latirigi Tours shall not be held liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or government actions.
- Clients agree to travel at their own risk and are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled by Kenyan courts.
